摘 要:在分析中医诊断学课程地位、教学目标的基础上,结合中西医临床医学专业的培养目标、学情特点,阐述了在中医诊断学教学过程中培养学生临床思维和技能的途径与方法。以诊法和辨证为切入点,积极促进中西医诊断知识的有效融合,合理引导中西医结合思维模式的构建,切实加强诊法、辨证等临床技能的训练,有利于培养高素质的复合型、应用型中西医临床专业人才。Based on the analysis of the course status and teaching objectives of diagnostics of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),and combined with the training objectives and learning characteristics of clinical medicine of traditional Chinese and western medicine,this paper expounds the ways and methods of training students’clinical thinking and skills in the teaching process of diagnostics of TCM.Taking diagnosis method and syndrome differentiation as the entry point,we should actively promote the effective integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine diagnosis knowledge,reasonably guide the construction of thinking mode of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine,and strengthen the training of clinical skills such as diagnosis method and syndrome differentiation,which is conducive to the training of high-quality compound and applied clinical talents of traditional Chinese and western medicine.
