摘  要:广州中医药大学第二临床医学院从2010年开始潜心专注中医院校基于问题的学习(Problem-based learning,PBL)教学模式的研究与实践,主要针对纠正“灌输式”教学和“与临床实际脱节”2个问题,从教学理念转变、师资队伍建设、中西医结合的教学设计、全方面的教学效果评价以及配套的教材建设等方面做了一系列的工作,逐步形成“五个一”的中医院校PBL教学模式,取得了较好的教学效果,以期为全国中医院校推广实施PBL教学做好引领示范作用。The second clinical medical college of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine study and focus on practicing of problem-based learning(PBL)teaching mode in university of traditional Chinese medicine from 2010.It aimed mainly at correcting the two problems about infusing teaching and out of the clinical.The second clinical medical college of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine made a series of work in shifting from teaching idea,construction of teacher team,teaching design,the whole program of combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine.At the same time,it studies about teaching effect assessment and supporting the construction of teaching material.At last,they form of PBL teaching mode about five elements in university of traditional Chinese medicine gradually.This mode achieved good teaching effect,in order to promote the implementation of PBL teaching lead exemplary role for university of traditional Chinese medicine.
