摘 要:高校所有课程都有育人功能,所有教师都有育人职责。要落实立德树人根本任务,办好人民满意的教育,培养社会主义建设者和接班人,高校必须建立思政课程与课程思政协同育人机制:强化课程思政理念,建设显隐结合的协同育人课程体系;建立党委统一领导、部门各司其职的组织领导体系;打造教书育人、为人师表、协同育人的师资队伍体系;健全科学规范的课程思政管理和评价体系,以此推动思政课程与课程思政同向同行,形成协同效应。All courses in colleges and universities have educational functions,and all teachers shoulder educational responsibilities.To implement the fundamental task of building morality and cultivating people,to meet people’s anticipation and demand for education,and to cultivate socialist builders and successors,colleges and universities should establish a cooperative education mechanism between ideological and political courses and ideological and political value education among other courses:strengthen the concept of integrating into ideological and political contents during teaching,and build a cooperative education curriculum system explicitly and implicitly;establish an organizational system with unified leadership of the Party committee and each department performing its duties;build up a teaching staff,which will cultivate and set examples.It is necessary to foster a scientific and standardized management and evaluation system for inserting into ideological and political value education in other subjects,so as to promote the effects of ideological and political teaching and form a synergistic effect.
