摘 要:建立最佳超声辅助提取法提取青钱柳中多酚化合物,并对其抗氧化活性进行评价。以乙醇体积分数、提取时间、提取温度和料液比进行单因素试验,在单因素试验基础上采用四因素三水平进行正交试验优化提取工艺,并对制备的青钱柳多酚对铁离子还原力、DPPH自由基清除率和超氧阴离子自由基清除率进行评价。结果显示,最佳提取工艺为:采用60%乙醇,以料液比1︰45 (g/mL),在50℃下超声提取30 min;抗氧化活性评价结果表明青钱柳多酚具有较强的体外抗氧化活性,其中对DPPH自由基清除率最高, IC_(50)为5.81μg/mL。该试验结果可为青钱柳多酚开发应用提供参考。It is to establish an optimal ultrasonic-assisted extraction method to extract polyphenol compounds from Cyclocarya paliurus and evaluate their antioxidant activity. The orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimization extraction condition of polyphenols from Cyclocarya paliurus by ultrasonic assisted extraction. The ferric reducing ability, DPPH scavenging ability and the superoxy anion radical scavenging ability were used to determine the antioxidant ability of polyphenols. The result showed that the optimal condition was ethanol concentration 60%, the material solvent ratio 1︰45(g/m L), under the temperature of 50 ℃ for 30 min. The polyphenols showed strong antioxidant activity in vitro, with the highest scavenging ability of DPPH radical while the IC_(50) was 5.81 μg/mL. The results could promote the development and application of Cyclocarya paliurus polyphenol for health food.
