摘 要:知识建构作为知识创造隐喻下人类学习的一种理论,注重学生多元化观点的表达、概念性制品的生成和社区知识的形成。已有的研究侧重于对学生学习结果、外在行为和学习活动的分析,对对话的动态发展过程和所表达的观点内容追踪不足。为深入探究知识建构对话在促进社区知识形成中的发展历程,跟踪并研究了某大学教育技术学专业28名本科生一学期(16周)的知识建构教学,以“观点为中心”对知识论坛中的522条对话进行分类编码。社会网络分析表明,知识建构社区知识得以形成;时序分析揭示了知识建构对话发展的“共享-冲突-协商-升华”四阶段,体现了从共享型对话向升华型对话的转变,各阶段对话呈现出多样化的发展路径。从促进社区知识形成的作用看,对话发展呈现出辐射型、聚焦型、网状型和螺旋上升型四种发展路径。这有助于探究知识创造的“黑箱”和知识建构社区知识形成的内在机理。As one of the metaphor of knowledge creation,knowledge building focuses on the expression of diverse ideas,the generation of conceptual products and the formation of community knowledge.Previous studies have paid more attention to the analysis of students’learning outcomes,external behavior and learning activities,but less attention to the tracking of the dynamic development of discourses and the ideas.In order to deeply explore the development process of knowledge building discourses in promoting the formation of community knowledge,this paper tracks the knowledge building instruction of 28 junior students majoring in educational technology in a university for one semester(16 weeks).522 knowledge building discourses are coded with“idea-centered”and analyzed with the social network and time series analysis.The social network analysis shows that the community knowledge has been formed.Time series analysis reveals that there are four development phases of knowledge building discourses,sharing-conflicting-rising above,which reflects the transformation from sharing discourses to sublimation discourses,and each phase presents a diversified development path.From the perspective of the formation of community knowledge,there are four development paths of discourses development:radiation,focus,network and spiral.This is helpful to explore the black box of knowledge creation and the internal mechanism of the formation of knowledge building community knowledge.
