探索综合教学小组联合导师制教学模式在住院医师规范化培训中的应用

摘　　要：住院医师规范化培训(简称住培)在我国已正式开展,对提高住院医师的临床知识水平和实践操作技能、诊疗思路方面意义重大。随着住培工作的逐步进行,住培教学模式、方法需要与时俱进。目前的教学模式主要为轮转制,部分培训基地在试行导师制,但是这两种模式都存在不足和缺点。鉴于目前住培轮转科室较多、师资水平参差不齐等方面的不足,作者提出综合教学小组联合导师制的教学模式,并对这种教学模式进行探索。Standardized resident training has been officially launched in China,which is of great significance in improving the clinical knowledge level,practical skills and diagnosis and treatment ideas of residents.With the gradual progress of residential training,the teaching mode and method of residential training need to keep pace with the times.At present,the main teaching mode is rotation system,and some training bases are trying out tutorial system,but both of them have shortcomings.This paper puts forward the teaching mode of comprehensive teaching group joint tutorial system,and explores this teaching mode.
