摘 要:助力高质量减贫是职业教育的本质使然,也是职业教育的实践表现,更是重要的政策导向。西藏职业教育通过布局职业院校、发挥教育功能,专业对接产业、推动产教融合,促进技能提升、传承民族技艺等方式助力减贫。从未来发展角度来看,职业教育助力民族地区高质量减贫还要进一步彰显自身优势,育训并重加快完善适应减贫需求的现代职业教育与培训体系,产教融合更好地助力民族特色产业发展,德技并修更大地激发相对贫困人口内生发展动力。Helping to reduce poverty with high quality is not only the essence of vocational education,but also the practical performance of vocational education,and the important policy guidance. Tibet’s vocational education helps to reduce poverty through the layout of vocational colleges,giving full play to the educational function,meeting the needs of industry,promoting the integration of industry and education,promoting the improvement of skills and inheriting national skills. From the perspective of future development,vocational education should further highlight its own advantages to help high-quality poverty reduction in ethnic areas,attach equal importance to education and training,accelerate the improvement of modern vocational education and training system to meet the needs of poverty reduction,integrate production and education to better help the development of industries with ethnic characteristics,and stimulate the endogenous development power of the relatively poor people by both the morality and technology development.
