论创新高等继续教育汉语言文学专业的路径选择

摘　　要：目前,高等继续教育汉语言文学专业,普遍存在着人才培养缺乏整体设计、教育理念落后、教学内容僵化、教学方法与手段陈旧、成人特色不明显等问题,致使教学质量偏低,这种状况亟须扭转。创新高等继续教育汉语言文学专业,应当以提高教学质量为根本任务,科学制定人才培养方案,突出学习者主体地位、突出应用性创新型人才培养特质,以“金课”建设和专业核心能力培养为重点,全面创新教学模式、教学方法与教学手段。At present,the Chinese language and literature majors of higher continuing education generally have many problems,such as lack of overall design for talent training,backward educational concepts,rigid teaching content,outdated teaching means and methods,and unobvious adult characteristics.These problems result in low teaching quality,which should be urgently reversed.Innovating the Chinese language and literature major of higher continuing education should take improving teaching quality as the fundamental task,scientifically formulate a talent training plan,highlight the dominant position of learners and the characteristics of training applied innovative talents,build“Golden Courses”and cultivate core competence of the major as the focus,comprehensively innovate teaching models,teaching methods and teaching means.
