摘 要:校企融通课程是现代学徒制实现双主体育人的重要载体,而DACUM则满足高职药学校企融通课程建设的价值取向。课程目标以职业能力为本体、课程标准与职业标准相互动、课程内容以工作任务为导向、课程组织以教学做一体为主导、课程开发实施以校企双元为主体,是高职药学现代学徒制校企融通课程建设的五大要求。基于DACUM的高职药学现代学徒制校企融通课程的实施要建立目标共赢的高职药学现代学徒制校企融通课程运行制度,构建校企共育的高职药学现代学徒制校企融通课程体系,开发互利共享的高职药学现代学徒制校企融通课程资源,组建责任共担的高职药学现代学徒制“双导师”教学团队,实施工学交替的现代学徒制小班化试点教学。The school-enterprise integrated curriculum is an important carrier for modem apprenticeship to realize the dual-subject education and DACUM meets the value orientation of the construction of school-enterprise integrated curriculum of pharmacy in vocational colleges.The construction of school-enterprise integrated curriculum of modem apprenticeship of pharmacy in vocational colleges includes such five major requirements as the curriculum objective with the basis as professional ability,the curriculum standard interacting with professional standard,the curriculum content with the task as orientation,the curriculum organization with the integration of teaching as domination,and the curriculum development and implementation with the dual role of school and enterprise as subject.To carry out the school-enterprise integrated curriculum of modem apprenticeship of pharmacy in vocational colleges based on DACUM,we should establish a win-win operation system of the school-enterprise integrated curriculum of modem apprenticeship of pharmacy in vocational colleges,formulate a school-enterprise joint education system of the integration curriculum,develop mutually beneficial and shared resources of the integrated curriculum,build a“double tutor”teaching team of modem apprenticeship of pharmacy in vocational colleges with shared responsibilities,and implement a small class pilot teaching of modem apprenticeship with work-study alternation.
