摘 要:教育扶贫视野下的农村贫困地区幼儿教师培训工作,是推动教育公平、实现幼师专业发展、提升贫困地区学前教育质量的重要前提与保证。当下农村贫困地区幼儿教师培训存在的幼儿教师培训目标设定不清晰、农村乡镇幼师培训覆盖范围过小、县级以下短期培训实用性不强、基层培训方式方法过于单一等问题,应采取以下幼儿教师培训路径:政府精准统筹协调,加大乡镇幼师培训的扶持力度;倡导幼师培训的精准实用性,提高幼师培训的实效度,从而推动精准园本培训的具体落实,满足幼师培训个性化需求;鼓励乡镇幼师规划职业生涯,提高培训自我效能感。Preschool teacher training in rural poverty-stricken areas from the perspective of education poverty alleviation is an important premise and guarantee to promote education equity,realize preschool teacher professional development and improve the quality of preschool education in poverty-stricken areas.At present,there are some problems in preschool teacher training in poor rural areas,such as unclear training objectives,small coverage of rural township preschool teacher training,low practicability of short-term training below the county level,and too single training methods at the grass-roots level;It advocates the accuracy and practicability of kindergarten teacher training,improves the effectiveness of kindergarten teacher training,promotes the specific implementation of precision kindergarten based training,and meets the personalized needs of kindergarten teacher training;encourage township kindergarten teachers to plan their career and improve their training self-efficacy.
