摘　　要：思政教育是落实立德树人、培养合格的社会主义接班人这一具体目标的最有效途径。思政教育是当前教学改革的重要切入点,针对如何发挥课程思政教育在高校专业课程中的作用,基于食品检测技术专业的课程体系,结合食品检测技术实践教学环节的特点,在实践教学环节中,如何开展思政教育的实践进行了初步的探索,为食品类相关课程的思政教学设计提供参考。Ideological and political education is the most effective way to implement the specific goal of moral education and cultivating qualified socialist successors. Ideological and political education is an important starting point for the current teaching reform,In view of how to play the role of Ideological and political education in professional courses in Colleges and universities, based on the curriculum system of food detection technology, combined with the characteristics of practical teaching of food detection technology, this paper makes a preliminary exploration on how to carry out the practice of Ideological and political education in practical teaching, so as to provide reference for the ideological and political teaching design of food related courses.
