摘　　要：现代医学的发展要求人们从整体上理解和把握医学的本质属性和运动规律。近代医学认识发生变化的一个重要原因是现代医学本质的文化特征被揭示出来。在现代人看来,医学不仅是一门生物科学和技术,而且是现代社会的文化组成部分,它关系到人类的生死、疾病和健康,甚至是生存和发展。因此,医学的定位应该能够反映现代医学的全貌,最大限度地发挥现代社会因素在空间上的参与作用,体现医学与社会的融合点。这种认识的目的不仅在于为现代医学寻找价值,而且在于避免在科学价值取向的多元化时代迷失现代医学的方向。“人性”是医学的内在含义,或者说是医学的内在因素,是医学的必要医学条件。The development of modern medicine requires people to understand and grasp the essential attribute and movement law of medicine as a whole.An important reason for the change of modern medical cognition is that the cultural characteristics of the essence of modern medicine have been revealed.In the view of modern people,medicine is not only a biological science and technology,but also a cultural component of modern society,which is related to human life and death,disease and health,even survival and development.Therefore,the positioning of medicine should be able to reflect the panorama of modern medicine,maximize the participation of modern social factors in space,and reflect the fusion point of medicine and society.The purpose of this understanding is not only to find value for modern medicine,but also to avoid losing the direction of modern medicine in the era of diversified scientific value orientation."Human nature"is the internal meaning of medicine,or the internal factor of medicine,is the necessary medical condition of medicine.
