职业教育集团化背景下高职现代学徒制育人质量保证制度体系建设实践研究

摘　　要：为推动现代学徒制试点项目的实施,针对目前存在的主要问题,分析了职业教育集团化在开展现代学徒制方面的优势。以江苏农牧科技职业学院为例,提出了现代学徒制育人质量保证制度体系的构建原则,设计了制度体系框架,详细阐述了现代学徒制人才培养标准制度、运行管理制度、质量监控体系、实施保障制度等四大制度体系的具体内容。In order to push forward the implementation of the modern apprenticeship system pilot project,aiming at the main problems at present,this paper analyzes the advantages of the collectivization of vocational education in carrying out the modern apprenticeship system.Taking Jiangsu Agri-animal Husbandry Vocational College as an example,put forward the construction principle of the education quality assurance system for modern apprentice system,design the system framework,in detail elaborate the specific content of the four systems:modern apprentice system talent training standard system,operation management system,quality control system,and implementation guarantee system.
