摘  要:以静宁红皮大蒜为研究对象,采用超声波辅助有机溶剂法提取大蒜素,以大蒜素得率为评价指标,通过单因素试验和响应面法对大蒜素提取工艺进行优化。结果表明,当超声功率70 W,超声时间50 min,超声温度40℃,料液比1∶3(g∶mL)时蒜素得率为3.169 mg/g。Ultrasonic-assisted organic solvent method were used to allicin from red garlic which grown in jignning county of Gansu Province.Response surface methodology(RSM)was used to optimize the extraction process of allicin,in the experiments,extraction ratio of allicin was used as the evaluation index.Based on single factor experiments,we found that the optimum extracting parameters of allicin were ultrasonic power 70 W,ultrasonic time 50 min and the temperature of 40℃,ratio of sample:solvent was 1∶3.Under these conditions,the extraction ratio of pomelo peel oil was 3.169 mg/g and highest in all extractions.
