摘 要:针对混合式教学的误区,为了解决学生学习深度的问题,以车床加工课程为例,基于校企合作,把教学内容划分成“校内固定、校外动态”的教学模块,以教师为主导,通过发挥学生主动性,教师、学生和企业师傅三方共建线上信息化教学资源,创新线下教学模式,探索车工实训的混合式教学模式,有效地提升了学生的学习主动性,提高了教学质量,同时解决了以往校企合作中企业师傅参与不足等问题,实现了企业、师傅、学生、学校等多方共赢,为机加工类实训课程的混合式教学提供了借鉴经验。In view of the misunderstanding of blended teaching,in order to solve the problem of students'learning depth,taking lathe processing course as an example,based on school enterprise cooperation,the teaching content is divided into"fixed in school,dynamic outside school"teaching modules,with teachers as the leading role,teachers,students and enterprise masters jointly build online information teaching resources by giving play to students'initiative.The innovation of offline teaching mode and the exploration of the hybrid teaching mode of lathe work training effectively enhance the students'learning initiative and improve the teaching quality.At the same time,it solves the problems of insufficient participation of enterprise masters in the past school enterprise cooperation,and achieves a win-win situation for enterprises,masters,students and schools.It provides reference for the hybrid teaching of machining training courses.
