学校管理视角下中学师德建设探究

摘　　要：教师是学生成长路上的指导者和引路人,中学教育是学生道德品质培养的基础阶段,因此,中学教师的师德问题对于学生的健康成长,教师的专业成长和学校的长远发展有着深远影响。学校是教师活动的主要阵地,是师德建设的主要主体,也是约束教师教育行为最直接的机构,因此,学校在师德建设中应发挥积极作用。Teachers are the instructors and guides of students'growth,and Middle school education is the basic stage of the cultivation of students'moral quality.Therefore,the problem of teachers'ethics in middle schools has a profound impact on the healthy growth of students,the professional development of teachers and the long-term development of schools.Schools are the main position of teacher activities,the main body of teacher ethics construction,and the most direct institution to restrict teacher education behavior.Therefore,schools should play an active role in teacher ethics construction.
