摘　　要：目前,国内临床教学查房的准备工作方面存在较多的问题与不足,主要包括带教老师的教学设计不足和学生准备不积极两个方面。而临床教学查房前的准备是保证临床教学查房质量的关键所在,其准备内容包括教师、学生和环境三方面的准备。临床教师需进行课程设计、教案撰写、课件制作、与患者沟通等多方面的准备。学生需从搜集基础知识、完成病例汇报、梳理临床思维逻辑和注重沟通技巧等角度进行准备。临床教学查房的环境准备包括对患者的隐私保护、教学环境设计和教学物品准备。除此以外,本文还从提高师资水平、保证临床教学查房规范性、创新临床教学查房模式、引入自媒体和虚拟患者等方式提高学生准备的积极性等角度提出建议,旨在促进临床教学查房前准备工作的推广与规范,确保临床教学查房质量。There are still some problems and deficiencies in the preparation of clinical teaching rounds in China,which mainly include the inadequate teaching design of the teaching teacher and the inactive preparation of students.The preparation of clinical teaching rounds is the key to ensuring the quality of clinical teaching rounds.It includes preparations for teachers,students and the environment.Clinical teachers need to prepare for curriculum design,teaching plan writing,slide preparation and patient communication.Students need to prepare from the perspectives of collecting basic knowledge,reviewing case reports,sorting out clinical logic and training communication skills.Environmental preparation for clinical teaching rounds includes patient privacy protection,teaching environment design and teaching materials preparation.In this regard,this study put forward some suggestions from the perspectives of improving the level of teachers,ensuring the standardization of clinical teaching rounds,innovating clinical teaching rounds mode,introducing we-media and virtual patients to improve the enthusiasm of students’ preparation,so as to promote the standardization of preparation before clinical teaching rounds and ensure the quality of clinical teaching rounds.
