摘  要:社区教育促进社区治理提质增效,高职院校在社区治理视域下开展社区教育是服务地方社会的有效路径。高职院校开展社区教育具有师资优势、横向领域合作优势、品牌优势等先天优势,同时面临政策支持不明确、管理体制不健全、内驱动力不足、专业化师资不足等困难和挑战。通过深圳职业技术学院参与共建社区学院的探索与实践,明确高职院校开展社区教育的模式、内容、质量保障措施,为高职院校助力终身教育体系构建和学习型社会建设提供有效路径。Community education can improve the quality and efficiency of community governance.It is an effective way for higher vocational colleges to carry out community education in the perspective of community governance to serve the local society.Community education in higher vocational colleges has the advantages of teachers,horizontal field cooperation,brand,and other innate advantages.At the same time,it faces difficulties and challenges such as unclear policy support,imperfect management system,insufficient internal driving force,and insufficient professional teachers.Through the exploration and practice of Shenzhen Polytechnic’s participation in building community colleges,the mode,content and quality assurance measures of community education in higher vocational colleges are clarified,so as to provide an effective path for higher vocational colleges to help build a lifelong education system and a learning society.
