摘  要:从横、纵向维度分别探索应用型大学教师队伍建设的内外部因素和建设过程,同时基于“IFTHEN”权变模型分析教师队伍建设的环境自变量与管理因变量之间的权变关系,采用函数矩阵关系图和分析框架对模型进行解析。结果发现应用型大学教师队伍建设策略和管理方式会随着环境自变量中各类权变因素发生改变,因此着重从教师队伍建设过程的不同阶段提出有效的解决措施,为应用型大学教师队伍建设提供了有力的理论依据和建设性思路。The internal and external factors and process of the teaching team construction in applied universities were explored from the horizontal and vertical dimensions. At the same time, based on the “IF-THEN” contingency model, this study analyzed the contingency relationship between environmental independent variables and management dependent variables of the teaching team construction, as well as used the function matrix diagram and analysis framework to analyze the model. Results showed that the strategies and management methods of the teaching team construction in applied universities change with various contingency factors in environmental independent variables. Therefore, the current paper proposes effective solutions based on different stages of the construction process, providing a strong theoretical basis and constructive ideas for the faculty construction in applied universities.
