摘 要:对新时代中国特色本专科小学教育专业教师的发展理路而言,坚定理想信念、坚持培养小学后备卓越师资是根本;熟知并引领本专科小学教育专业师范生掌握小学一线相关课程教育教学策略和育人方法、提升“一践行三学会”本领等,是小教专业教师职业区别于其他高校教师职业的核心;师生应有小学教育专业教师、小学教师、小教专业学生等“虽然都姓‘小’但作用非常巨大”的自信。坚定小教专业“师范”本位,紧扣小学一线教育教学需求,着力开展“对口师范性”课程实施和科学研究,这既是本专科小教专业教师群不断追求卓越的基本路径,也是培养新时代小学卓越后备师资的保证。It is the starting point in the new era in China for all teachers of elementary education majors in colleges and universities to hold on to the lofty ideals and beliefs to cultivate outstanding reserve teachers for primary schools.Compared with teachers of other majors,they should thoroughly understand and guide their students majoring in elementary education to grasp the education and teaching strategies of the basic courses in elementary schools as well as talents cultivation,improving their the skills of“One Practice and Three Understandings”.Both teachers and students should have the confidence that their work is very important even though the word“elementary”is involved.They should stick to“education”and eye on the needs of primary school teachers,and carry out curriculum and research on“targeted normal education”,which is not only the basic path for the teachers of primary education majors to pursue excellence,but also a guarantee to cultivate outstanding reserve teachers for elementary schools in the new era.
