高职院校集团化办学发展路径探析--以广东职业技术学院为例

摘　　要：广东职业技术学院在发展进程中,以广东纺织职业教育集团为主导,通过集团办学模式的指引,学院将产教融合、校企合作、产学研、工学结合、知行合一的人才培养思路贯穿到教学、科研与实践环节的全过程,充分利用校内与校外教学科研资源,积极参加各种类型的学科竞赛,重视招生工作,争取到优质生源,因此人才培养质量显著提升,成为一所珠三角地区行业影响力较大、知名度较高、深受企业欢迎的高职院校。With the development of Guangdong Vocational and technical college,with the textile vocational education group as the leading factor,and under the guidance of the group's school running mode,the college has penetrated into the whole process of teaching,scientific research and practice the personnel training ideas of school enterprise cooperation,production and learning cooperation,and work study combination.It makes full use of the teaching resources inside and outside the school,actively participates in various kinds of discipline competitions,attaches importance to the enrollment work and competition.As a result,the quality of talent training has been significantly improved,and it has become a highly influential,well-known and popular Vocational College in the Pearl River Delta region.
