摘  要:随着中医药的快速发展和国内外对中医认可度的提高,临床对中医人才的需求日益增加。现代中医药人才的培育输出,还是沿用了现代医学的院校教学模式,虽培育了不少中医人才,但在临床工作中中医临床诊疗技能却不理想,缺乏良好的中医思维方式和诊疗能力,不能适应临床工作,满足不了临床需求,造成了学习实践与临床脱节的现象,影响了中医人才的发展。该文对目前中医实践教学的现状进行了分析,同时结合导师制教学的特点和中医临床医师的培训要求,以培养实用型的中医人才为出发点,以中医导师为主轴,对本科生实践教学建议早切入、双向选择、门诊跟诊、跟师抄方、专题授课、个案病例查房、定期考核等临床教学方法,同时严把中医带教导师的入选标准,达到将传统中医师承教育很好的融入到中医学生学习的全过程中,为中医本科生实践教学提供合理化建议和研究思路,为培养中医人才奠定基础。With the rapid development of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)and the improvement of the recognition of TCM at home and abroad,the demand for TCM talents in clinical practice is increasing day by day.Output in the cultivation of modern talents of Chinese medicine is used for the colleges and universities teaching mode of modern medicine,this model has nurtured many talents of traditional Chinese medicine,the clinical diagnosis and treatment of traditional Chinese medicine skills in the clinical work are not ideal,lack of good TCM thinking mode and diagnosis and treatment ability,can’t adapt to clinical work and meet the clinical needs,resulting in learning practice and clinical disjoint phenomenon,which affects the development of TCM talents.This paper analyzes the current situation of practice teaching of traditional Chinese medicine and combining the characteristics of the tutorial system of teaching and the training of TCM clinicians,in order to train practical talents of traditional Chinese medicine as a starting point,to mentor for the spindle of traditional Chinese medicine,suggested that undergraduate practice teaching to carry on several teaching methods,such as use early cuts and two-way choice,clinic with appointment,copy with architect,Special Lecture,Conduct ward rounds for individual cases,Periodic assessment,etc.At the same time,strict selection standards of TCM tutors are expected to organically integrate traditional Chinese medicine teacher education into the learning methods and methods of TCM students,so as to provide rationalization suggestions and research ideas for practice teaching of TCM undergraduates and lay a foundation for training TCM talents.
