摘 要:目的:探讨基于社会热点的思政教育在临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法:以2020年1-12月轮转医院肾脏内科的78例实习护生为观察组,另随机选择2019年1-12月轮转本科68例实习护生为对照组,收集实习记录资料。对照组采用传统教育,观察组在此基础上加入基于社会热点的思政教育,两组带教团队、授课学时及设备等无差异。比较入科时和出科时两组专科理论知识和技能掌握程度、核心能力、患者安全态度和职业素养、职业认同感,以及教学满意度。结果:出科时,两组专科理论知识和技能掌握程度、核心能力、患者安全态度和职业素养及职业认同感显著提高,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组教学满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:基于社会热点的思政教育应用于临床护理教学设计中,有助于提升护生专科理论知识和技能掌握程度、核心能力、患者安全态度和职业素养、职业认同感,促进临床护理质量提高。Objective:To investigate the application effect of ideological and political education based on social hot spots in clinical nursing teaching.Method:A total of 78 nursing interns who were transferred to the Department of Nephrology of the hospital from January to December 2020 were selected as the observation group,and 68 nursing interns who were transferred to the Department of Nephrology of the hospital from January to December 2019 were randomly selected as the control group,the internship materials were collected.The control group was given traditional education,while the observation group was given ideological and political education based on social hot spots.There was no difference in teaching team,teaching hours and equipment between the two groups.The mastery of specialized theoretical knowledge and skills,core competence,patient safety attitude and professionalism,professional identity,and teaching satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Result:At the time of leaving the department,the mastery degree of specialized theoretical knowledge and skills,core competence,patient safety attitude,professionalism and professional identity of the two groups were significantly improved,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The teaching satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of ideological and political education based on social hot spots in clinical nursing teaching design is helpful to improve the mastery degree of nursing interns’specialized theoretical knowledge and skills,core competence,patient safety attitude and professionalism,professional identity,and promote the improvement of clinical nursing quality.
