摘 要:目的分析在急诊科护理实习生培训管理中目标激励法的应用价值。方法选择2018年6月—2020年6月该院急诊科护理实习生100名,按照模式不同分为,A组(传统培训管理法),B组(目标激励法),观察两组实习生教学效果调查、急救能力以及专业成绩等情况。结果B组实习生满意度明显高于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组实习生在观察评估、预检分诊、急救操作以及应急配合等方面的能力评分显著优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);B组实习生专业理论知识及急救技能操作等方面的成绩明显优于A组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将目标激励法应用在急诊科护理实习生培训管理中,可有效加强实习生自身对于急救相关操作的熟练掌握程度,培养专业技能操作能力,提高急诊护理实习生培训管理效果。Objective To analyze the application value of the goal incentive method in the training and management of nursing interns in the emergency department.Methods Choosed 100 nursing interns in the emergency department of the hospital from June 2018 to June 2020.According to different models,they were divided into group A(traditional training management method),group B(target incentive method),and observation of the two group interns'teaching effect survey,first aid ability and professional performance.Results The satisfaction degree of the interns in group B was significantly higher than that in group A,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the interns in group B were significantly better than A in terms of observation and evaluation,pre-examination and triage,emergency operations,and emergency cooperation.The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the performance of the interns in the B group in terms of professional theoretical knowledge and first aid skills operation were significantly better than that of the A group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Applying the goal incentive method to the training and management of emergency nursing interns can effectively strengthen interns'proficiency in emergency-related operations,cultivate professional skills and operation capabilities,and improve the effectiveness of emergency nursing interns training and management.
