摘  要:以起重装卸机械操作工岗位能力为标杆,选取起重设备为载体,按照“素质为先、能力为本、应用为目的、必需够用为度”的思路,采用混合式、启发式、案例式等教学方法,通过实验验证、模型演示、软件仿真、生活经验分享、课程教学平台利用等教学手段,以任务驱动教学,将思政元素、劳动教育、职业素养、岗位能力要求融入教学内容,培养德智体美劳全面发展的高素质劳动者和技术技能人才。Taking the operating capacity of crane handling machinery as the benchmark,taking the crane equipment as the carrier,and following the idea of“quality first,ability first,application as the goal,and necessity as the limit”,using the teaching methods of hybrid,heuristics and case-studying,task-driven teaching is carried out through the experiment verification,model demonstration,software simulation,life experience sharing,course teaching platform,etc.,blending ideological and political elements,labor education,professional quality,position ability requirements into the teaching content,to train moral,intellectual,physical,art and labor all-round development of high-quality workers and skilled personnel.
