摘 要:专业群建设已成为推动职业院校教育专业结构优化、打造技术技能型人才培养高地和技术创新平台的重要支撑点。建设高水平专业群必需通过深度产教融合,从区域经济发展需求出发,紧密与国家重点、业界领先的行业企业合作而实现。漳州职业技术学院积极响应国家职业教育改革,根据本地区的经济发展与人才需求进行多个高水平专业群建设,并取得一定成效。本文以漳州职业技术学院食品加工技术专业群为例,从结构、供求、目标、平台、实践五个方面的产教融合入手,对专业群的优势组合、人才培养模式、课程体系、师资队伍建设、实践平台等进行探索与实践,使行业企业新理念、新技术、新工艺等与人才培养紧密结合,以期为高职院校高水平专业群建设提供参考与借鉴。The construction of high-level professional groups have become an important task for optimizing the professional structure of higher vocational education,creating a highland for training technical and skilled talents and a platform for technological innovation.The construction of a high-level professional groups must be achieved through in-depth integration of production and education,starting from the needs of regional economic development,and close cooperation with key national and industry-leading companies.Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College actively responds to the national vocational education reform,and build a number of high-level professional groups in accordance with the economic development and talent needs of the region,and has achieved certain results.This article take the professional group of food processing technology of Zhangzhou Vocational and Technical College as an example,starting from the integration of industry and education in five aspects of structure,supply,demand,goals,platform,and practice to discuss the combination of advantages of the professional group,talent training model,curriculum system,construction of the teaching team and practice platform,etc.As well as closely integrating new ideas,new technologies and new processes with the training of talents in order to provide reference for the construction of high-level professional groups in vocational colleges.
