摘　　要：面对骨伤专业实用型人才短缺的问题,高职高专作为骨科医学实用型人才重要的输出平台,更应该重担在肩,将培养中医骨伤类优秀的实用型人才作为重要的培养目标来抓。要因人制宜,制定适合学生发展的培养方案;以问题为导向,建立双师型的培养模式;从兴趣入手,丰富课堂开展的形式。In the face of the shortage of practical talents in bone injury specialty,higher vocational colleges,as an important output platform for practical talents in orthopedics,should shoulder the burden and take the cultivation of excellent practical talents in bone injury of traditional Chinese medicine as an important training goal.Higher vocational colleges should formulate a training program suitable for students'development according to individual conditions;taking the problem as the guidance,establish the training mode of double qualified;start with interest and enrich the forms of classroom development.
