摘 要:目的探讨PBL联合CBL在住院医师规范化培训教学查房中的应用效果。方法以2019年6月—2020年5月在我院参加住院医师规范化培训的52名学员为研究对象。按照随机数字表法将学员分为研究组(PBL联合CBL教学法)和对照组(传统模式教学法),每组各26名学员。利用Mini-CEX量表及360度评价法,比较两组学员在规范化培训结束时的理论、技能操作考核成绩及对教学的满意度。结果研究组规培学员出科时理论成绩和临床实践操作技能考核得分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组相比,研究组学员的表现更容易被与其规培相关的各层次人员接受,并给与更高的评价,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论住院医师规范化培训中PBL联合CBL教学查房法应用效果优于传统教学法,联合教学法更有利于增强规培学员的综合技能。Objective To investigate the efficacy of PBL combined with CBL mode in teaching rounds of standardized training of residents.Methods From June 2019 to May 2020,52 resident physicians who participated in standardized training in our hospital were selected.According to the random number table method,the residents were divided into study group(PBL combined with CBL)and control group(lecture-based learning,LBL),26 residents in each group.Mini-CEX scale and 360-degree evaluation method were used to compare the examination results of medical theoretical knowledge and clinical skill operation,and the satisfaction with teaching of the two groups of residents at the end of standardized training.Results The residents in the study group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05)in terms of theoretical scores,clinical practice skills scores and the overall evaluation.Conclusion PBL combined with CBL mode in teaching rounds of standardized training of residents has obvious advantages over the LBL mode.The combined teaching method is more conducive to enhancing the clinical skills of residents.
