摘  要:协同育人是落实立德树人根本任务的必然要求,通过育人主体、育人区域、育人环节、育人机制等关键要素的协同,将育人工作融于学生成长发展全过程、全方位。通过以理念协同推进育人主体协同,以功能协同推进育人区域协同,以一体化方案推进育人环节协同,以机制协同形成最大合力,使协同育人路径成为高职院校落实立德树人根本任务的行动路线和有力抓手。Collaborative education follows the fundamental law of cultivating talents with moral integrity and integrates moral edu-cation into the whole process of student growth and development through the collaboration of key elements such as educating subject,educating area,educating link and educating mechanism.Collaborative education involves four aspects,promoting collaboration among education subjects with ideological coordination,promoting collaboration in educating areas with functional coordination,pro-moting collaboration in educating links with integration schemes,and forming the maximum education force through mechanism coor-dination.The path of collaborative education becomes the course of action and a powerful hand for higher vocational colleges to carry out the fundamental task of cultivating talents with moral integrity.
