摘 要:劳动独特的育人价值由劳动的主客体统一关系、实践性和情感性等主体特性决定的。结合、契合和"真做"是实现劳动育人价值的劳动教育规律,在劳动教育观照下,劳动的主体特性才得以转化为受教育者的能力和素养。从劳动教育的视角剖析高校专业学位培养的学科化严重、实践能力弱、职业素养差等问题。针对高校专业学位人才培养的目标、特点和问题,提出将劳动教育融入人才培养全过程的实现路径,构建应用创新导向的培养模式与课程体系,提出行动导向的课程实施与实践实习基地建设。构建和实践基于科技特派员制度劳动育人的专业学位培养模式,实现人才培养的发展性、实践能力和岗位素养统一,培养一支留得下、用得上的爱农强农人才队伍。Determined by subjective features such as subject-object conformity, practice-orientation and emotionality, the unique educational value of labor is generally realized with efforts made in collaboration,accordance and"actual involvement"and only with proper labor education can the subjects acquire the abilities and cultivate certain qualities. This study is aimed to conduct an analysis of what has led to the strong disciplinary inclination, inadequate practical competence and poor professionalism from the perspective of labor education. It is proposed that a cultivation model featured with application and innovation should be established with an implementation-oriented curriculum system designed and a practice-internship constructed so as to integrate labor education into all aspects of talents cultivation. It is believed that a talents cultivation model featured with labor education based on the system of sending sci-tech exports to rural areas is conducive to the construction of a team of talents specialized in agricultural development with adequate practical competence and excellent professionalism.
