摘　　要：随着当今社会对高素质医学人才的需求不断增高,高等医学院校为顺应时代发展要求,结合自身特点,不断加强医学教育模式改革及创新,对于深化医学人才培养,持续提升医师执业能力和水平具有重要意义。文章针对现阶段临床医学教育存在的问题进行分析和总结,提出了改革教学内容与课程体系、推进医学基础与临床课程整合,加强教师对基础医学、临床医学及公共科目等多学科的专业知识和能力培养,大力推进基于病例的PBL教学方法改革,针对性地设计平时教学实践中的课堂练习及研究校内综合考试改革,积极开展以自主学习为主要内容的教育方式和教学方法改革,狠抓教学环节层面的改革等方面来深化本科临床医学专业教育教学改革,为培养出更多合格的临床职业医师,提高临床医学教学质量和教学水平具有重要意义。With the increasing demand for high-quality medical talents in today’s society,in order to comply with the development requirements of the times,medical colleges and universities have continuously strengthened the reform and innovation of medical education mode based on their own characteristics,which is of great significance for deepening the training of medical talents and continuously improving the practicing ability and level of medical talents.This paper analyzes and summarizes the problems existing in clinical medicine education at this stage,proposes to reform the teaching content and curriculum system,promote the integration of preclinical medicine and clinical courses,strengthen teachers’professional knowledge and ability training in basic medicine,clinical medicine and public subjects,vigorously promote casebased PBL teaching method reform,targeted design of classroom exercises in daily teaching practice and research on the reform of comprehensive examinations in colleges,actively carry out the reform of education methods and teaching methods with independent learning as the main content,pay close attention to the reform of teaching links and other aspects to deepen the education and teaching reform of undergraduate clinical medicine,it is of great significance to cultivate more qualified clinical professional physicians,and improve the quality and teaching level of clinical medicine.
