摘 要:目的针对临床药师培训的特点,创新教学模式,提高临床药师培训的教学效率和教学质量。方法运用翻转课堂法开展课前自学,运用案例教学法联合问题教学法(case teaching method combined with problem teaching method,PCBL)开展课堂教学,运用思维导图法开展课后系统性总结,构建基于翻转课堂、PCBL、思维导图的三位一体临床药师培训教学模式,形成融课前引导自学、课堂实践教学、课后系统总结为一体的闭环教学培训模式。以病毒性中枢神经系统感染为例对教学模式进行分析。结果三位一体教学模式有助于发挥学员所具备的自学能力,激发学员的学习热情和主动性,培养学员的临床思维能力和临床实践能力,构建系统的临床药学知识体系,帮助学员掌握临床药学工作方法和临床药师职业发展路径。结论三位一体教学模式是具有针对性、系统性、实效性的临床药师培训教学方法。Objective To innovate the teaching mode according to the characteristics of clinical pharmacist training,so as to improve the teaching efficiency and quality of clinical pharmacist training.Methods Flipping classroom method was used to carry out self-study before class,case teaching method combined with problem teaching method(PCBL)was used to carry out classroom teaching,mind mapping method was used to carry out after-class systematic summary.The trinity teaching model of clinical pharmacist training was constructed based on flipped classroom,PCBL and mind mapping,which formed a closed loop including guided self-study before class,classroom practice teaching and after-class systematic summary.Taking viral central nervous system infection as an example,the teaching model was analyzed.Results The trinity teaching model can help students to develop their self-learning ability,arouse enthusiasm and initiative in learning,cultivate their clinical thinking ability and clinical practice ability,build a systematic knowledge system of clinical pharmacy,and help students master the working methods of clinical pharmacy and the career development path of clinical pharmacists.Conclusions Trinity teaching model is a targeted,systematic and effective teaching method for clinical pharmacist training.
