摘 要:为探讨组织支持感和职业自我效能感对工作绩效的影响以及主观幸福感的中介作用,本研究收集了各行业从业人员的618份有效问卷,并采用结构模型方程的方法和Bootstrap法进行假设检验。结果显示:(1)组织支持感、职业自我效能感、主观幸福感对工作绩效都有正向显著影响。(2)主观幸福感在组织支持感和工作绩效之间起到了完全中介作用,在职业自我效能感和工作绩效之间起到了部分中介作用。(3)与组织支持感这一组织资源相比,职业自我效能感这种内在个人资源对工作绩效的正向影响更为显著。In order to explore the influence of perceived organizational support and occupational self-efficacy on job performance and the mediating role of subjective well-being,the study collected 618 valid questionnaires in various industries,and adopted the structural model equation method and the Bootstrap method to carry out hypothetical test.The results show that:(1)perceived organizational support,occupational self-efficacy and subjective well-being all have a positive and significant impact on job performance.(2)Subjective well-being plays a complete mediating role between perceived organizational support and job performance,and a partial mediating role between occupational self-efficacy and job performance.(3)Compared with perceived organizational support,which is an organizational resource,occupational self-efficacy has a more significant positive impact on job performance as an intrinsic personal resource.
