摘 要:本研究使用《中国幼儿园教育质量评价量表(城市版)》,对4省6区县433所幼儿园的433个班级教育质量进行现场观察评价,发现我国城镇幼儿园总体质量偏低,班级教育质量处于基本质量水平;不同办园体制幼儿园存在显著差异。其中,教办园总质量及各子量表得分最高,普惠性民办园最低;非普惠性民办幼儿园与公办性质幼儿园教育质量不存在显著差异。幼儿园班级教育质量呈现如下特点:物质环境日益丰富多样,但是标准建设与规范指引亟待完善;保强教弱问题突出,“游戏活动的支持与引导”与“教育活动的计划与实施”是质量短板;新的儿童教育观念有所体现,但对幼儿个体特点的关注以及教育的适宜性和有效性亟待增强。By using the Chinese Kindergarten Education Quality Assessment Scale(City Edition),this study rated the education quality of 433 classrooms in 433 urban kindergartens from 6 county-level cities in 4 provinces. It analyzes the overall quality characteristics,development effectiveness and future development priorities of urban kindergartens. It is found that the quality of urban kindergartens is low which is at the basic level. There are significant differences in urban kindergartens with different running systems. Among them, the kindergartens run by education department have the highest quality while inclusive private kindergartens the lowest,which are mainly low-quality kindergartens. But there is no significant difference between private kindergartens and semi-public kindergartens. In general,the quality of urban kindergarten presents the following characteristics. The physical environment is increasingly rich and diverse,but it is urgent to improve the equipment standards and systems development. The problem of stronger-care and weaker-education is more prominent,and the quality of play activities and educational activities is relatively weak. The new concept of children’s education is becoming increasingly popular,but it is urgent to pay attention to individual differences and the effectiveness of education.
