摘　　要：从米粉、米淀粉和米蛋白、米糠油以及大米功能性产品的开发利用方面综述了中日大米及米糠类产品的实际应用进展,为我国稻米副产品的研究开发提供参考。The practical application progress of rice and rice bran products in China and Japan was summarized from the aspects of rice flour,rice starch and rice protein,rice bran oil and the development and utilization of rice functional products to provide reference for the research and development of rice byproducts in China.
