摘 要:以铁皮石斛为原料,旨在研究铁皮石斛多糖提取工艺条件。采用单因素试验和正交试验,考察不同料液比、提取时间、提取温度对铁皮石斛的多糖提取率的影响。结果表明,采用水浸提法提取铁皮石斛多糖的最佳工艺条件为提取时间4 h、提取温度70℃、料液比1︰40 (g/mL)。在此条件下,铁皮石斛多糖提取率可达2.7%。采用酶解法提取铁皮石斛多糖的最佳工艺条件为酶用量0.06%、提取温度60℃、提取时间3 h。在此条件下,铁皮石斛多糖的提取率最高可达2.7%。With Dendrobium officinale as material,the extraction condition of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale was studied.By single factor test and orthogonal experiment,the effect of different material to liquid ratio,different extraction time and different extraction temperature on the extraction yield of polysaccharides from Dendrobium officinale was investigated.The results showed that the optimal extraction condition of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides by water leaching method was extraction time 4 h,extraction temperature 70 ℃,material to liquid ratio 1︰40(g/mL),under which the extraction yield of Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides could reach 2.7%.The optimum extraction condition for Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides was enzymatic solution 0.06% enzyme dosage,extraction temperature 60 ℃ and extraction time 3 h,under which Dendrobium officinale polysaccharides could be extracted up to 2.7%.
