摘  要:我国工程教育进入快速发展阶段,面向未来、面向产业不断深化向内涵式发展转变。融合创新能力的培养是新工科建设对人才培养的新要求。阐述融合创新型人才提出的背景,基于新工科建设的新理念和新方法,构建与培养目标相适应的"1234"协同育人培养模式,从树立一个根本理念、搭建两大育人平台、构建三位一体实践教学体系,推进师资、课程、教法、质保建设进行论述,并给出实践成效。该模式是通过实践检验的提升融合创新能力的成功方法,具有借鉴意义。Engineering education in China has entered the stage of rapid development,deepening the transformation to the implicit development oriented to the future and industry.The cultivation of integrated innovation ability is the new requirement of the emerging engineering education to the cultivation of talents.The background of the integrated innovative talents is introduced,the "1234" cooperative education training model suitable for the training goal based on the new ideas and new methods of the construction of emerging engineering education is successfully constructed,from the establishment of a fundamental concept,the establishment of two educational platforms,the construction of a trinity practical teaching system,the promotion of teachers,courses,teaching methods and quality assurance construction,and gives practical results.This model is a successful method to improve the ability of integrated innovative ability through practice test,and has reference significance.
