摘　　要：示范性高职院校要真正提升教学质量,培养更多符合社会发展需求、真正对社会有用的人才,就要加强教学改革,加强对教学过程的监督和管理。示范性高职院校在教学改革中,要树立正确改革理念,完善教学管理机制,提升教师专业能力,优化评价考核体系,保证将人才培养工作落在实处,为社会培养更多优秀人才。In order to really improve the teaching quality and cultivate more talents who meet the needs of social development and are really useful to the society,the demonstration higher vocational colleges should strengthen the teaching reform and strengthen the supervision and management of the teaching process.In the teaching reform of exemplary higher vocational colleges,we should establish a correct reform concept,improve the teaching management mechanism,improve teachers'professional ability,optimize the evaluation and assessment system,ensure the implementation of talent training and cultivate more excellent talents for the society.
