高校人才培养体系中的创新创业教育研究

摘　　要：高校要充分考虑新时代的各项要求,对人才培养的具体方案进行修订,并对创新创业相关的教学课程体系进行完善,引导大学生对创新创业相关实践活动进行积极落实。文章主要对高校人才培养体系中的创新创业教育进行探讨,指出要秉持立德树人的教育理念,提高顶层设计,构建双创生态系统,对人才培养方案和相关机制进行创新,构建系统完善的双创教育课程体系,提高教师的双创教育能力,为学生提供创业指导服务,建立健全双创制度保障和资金支持体系,构建“四维进阶式”创新创业人才培养体系。Colleges and universities should fully consider the requirements of the new era,revise the specific scheme of talent training,improve the teaching curriculum system related to innovation and entrepreneurship,and guide college students to actively implement the practical activities related to innovation and entrepreneurship.This paper mainly discusses the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the talent cultivation system of colleges and universities,and points out that we should adhere to the educational concept of building morality and cultivating people,strengthen the top-level design,build an innovation and entrepreneurship ecosystem,innovate talent cultivation schemes and relevant mechanisms,build a systematic and perfect innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum system,strengthen teachers'innovation and entrepreneurship education ability,and provide entrepreneurship guidance services for students,Establish and improve the institutional guarantee and financial support system for mass entrepreneurship and innovation,and build a"four-dimensional advanced"innovation and entrepreneurship talent cultivation system.
