摘　　要：高校德育工作关乎人才培养质量,更关乎国家未来发展。内化是大学生品德培养的重要途径,可以通过"自我意识"心理机制实现。在德育过程中,需要从品德培养的内在机制着手,促使自我调节系统、自我导向系统、自我功能系统等自我意识子系统有序运转。同时不断改善德育工作的外部条件,发挥高校教师的德育育人功能,大力弘扬社会主义核心价值观,加强家校联动,营造良好的社会氛围。Moral education in universities is not only related to the quality of personnel training, but also related to the future development of the country. Internalization is an important way to cultivate college students’ moral character,which can be realized through the psychological mechanism of "self-consciousness". In the process of moral education,we need to start from the internal mechanism of moral cultivation, and give full play to the role of self-regulation system, self guidance system and self function system, which are the subsystems of self-consciousness. At the same time, we should constantly improve the external conditions of moral education, implement the moral education function of university teachers, vigorously promote the socialist core values, strengthen the linkage between family and school,and create a good social atmosphere.
