摘  要:以课程建设为切入点,对高职院校通识教育在课程目标、课程内容、课程组织、教学实施等方面的“职业发展导向”偏离现状进行分析,结合现状提出相关改进策略,在教育方向上要避免“理论高阶化”和“娱乐低阶化”两种倾向,并确立“职业发展导向”;在制度层面要开放课程管理,统筹课程安排;在教育主体方面要加强教师队伍建设,激发学生学习动机;最后在课程四要素的具体构建上要将“职业发展导向”的理念贯穿其中。Taking curriculum construction as the starting point,analyze the deviation of the"career development orientation"of general education in higher vocational colleges in terms of curriculum objectives,curriculum content,curriculum organization,teaching implementation,etc.,and put forward relevant improvement strategies based on the current situation.In the direction of education,it is necessary to avoid the two tendencies of"high-level theory"and"low-level entertainment",and establish a"professional development orientation";at the institutional level,it is necessary to open curriculum management and coordinate curriculum arrangement;in terms of the main body of education,it is necessary to strengthen the construction of the teaching team to mobilize students'learning motivation;finally,the concept of"career development orientation"should be run through in the specific construction of the four elements of the curriculum.
