摘  要:改革教师评价,推进践行教书育人使命是新时代国家深化教育评价改革新要求,系统梳理我国中小学教师专业发展评价研究有其重要意义。运用内容分析法,以21世纪以来至2020年中国知网(CNKI)收录论文成果作为考察样本,呈现了我国中小学教师专业发展评价研究概况,从单篇和学位论文、国内的国外中小学教师专业发展研究论文,两个不同类型梳理了研究成果凸显的核心内容,提出三点建议。Reforming teacher evaluation and promoting the mission of teaching and educating are the requirements for the country to deepen education evaluation reform in the new era. It is of great significance to systematically sort out the researches on professional development evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers in China.The content analysis method is employed and the results of the papers serve as samples which include in China Knowledge Network( CNKI) from the 2000 to 2020. Consequently,it presents an overview of the research on professional development evaluation of primary and secondary school teachers in China,and sorts out the core contents highlighted by the research from two different types of research papers: individual papers and dissertations,and domestic and foreign research papers on that development,and then puts forward three suggestions.
