摘　　要：人才培养模式改革是高职教育供给侧改革的重要内容,优化人才培养模式才能科学精准地为社会提供优质技能人才。分析当前高职院校人才培养的现状及存在问题,结合当前职业教育供需双方的特点和实际需求,提出供给侧改革背景下高职院校人才培养模式应当在人才培养目标定位、优化专业布局、课程体系调整、构建协同育人机制、重建人才质量评价体系等方面进行改革和创新。The reform of talent training mode is an important part of the supply-side reform of higher vocational education.Only by optimizing the talent training mode can we provide high-quality skilled talents for the society scientifically and accurately.Analyzing the current situation and problems of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges,combining with the characteristic of vocational education supply and demand both sides and the actual demand,and putting forward the reform of supply side under the background of the pattern of higher vocational education should be in the talent cultivation target,optimization of layout,adjust course system,build cooperative education mechanism,reconstruction of talent quality evaluation system and carry out innovation and reform,etc.
