创新教育的体制性缺陷及对策研究

摘  要:为了实现建立创新型国家的目标,培育大量的高端创新人才已成为紧迫任务。分析古今中外一些创新人物及其成就,指出当前教育体制中存在的如创新能力培养年龄偏迟、自然教育不充分、大学教材缺乏对创新的启发等违反人才培养规律的弊端,提出接受创新教育的适宜年龄是少年时期,应加强和指导青少年开展自然教育,大学教材应增加研发章节等改革措施。In order to build an innovation-oriented country,cultivating a large number of high-end creative talents has become an urgent task.Through the analysis of the people and the achievements of innovation at all times around the world,it is pointed out that the disadvantages in the current education system that violate the law of talent cultivation,such as the late cultivation age of innovation ability,the insufficient natural education,lack of inspiration for innovation.It is pointed out that the appropriate age for innovative education is teenage years,teenage natural education should be strengthened and guided,research and reform measures such as development chapters should be included in textbooks and so forth.
