高校教师非学历培训胜任力提升路径研究

摘　　要：本文以文献和访谈为基础,从师德师风践行度、教学内容把握度、教学能力呈现度、教学方法运用度和教学效果满意度五个维度及其相关二级指标,归纳和分析高校教师非学历培训胜任力的指标体系。通过回归分析五个维度对学员满意度的影响,发现教学能力呈现度对学员满意度影响最大。本文基于计量分析结果,提出了提升高校教师非学历培训胜任力的路径。Basing on literature and interview,the article constitutes an index system for the Non-Degree Training Competency of University Teachers through the five dimensions and related secondary indicators of virtue,content,skill,method,and effect.Through regression analysis of the impact of five dimensions on student satisfaction,it is found that the degree of presentation of teaching ability has the greatest impact on student satisfaction.Based on the results of quantitative analysis,this paper proposes pathways to improve the competence of college teachers in non-academic training.
