产教融合背景下区域性印刷技术技能人才培养模式探析

摘　　要：产教融合是提高人才培养质量的有效途径,是高职教育内涵式发展的必由之路。本文分析了区域印刷行业人才需求与高职人才培养之间的矛盾,阐述了基于产教融合的高素质技术技能人才培养的可行性,构建了“四方参与、双主体育人、多层次实践、四级能力递进”的产教融合人才培养模式,并从构建产教融合育人共同体、搭建多元化多层次实践教学平台、组建校企师资团队等方面探索了该人才培养模式的实施路径,以培养与区域行业发展相适应的高素质技术技能人才。The industry-education integration is an effective way to improve the quality of personnel training and the only way for the connotative development of higher vocational education.This paper analyzed the contradiction between the demand for talents in the regional printing industry and the cultivation of talents in higher vocational colleges,and expounded the feasibility of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents based on the industryeducation integration.On this basis,the training mode of“four parties participation,double subjects education,multi levels practice,four level progressive ability”was constructed under the industry-education integration,and the implementation path of talent training was explored from the aspects of constructing the education community of industry-education integration,building a diversified and multi-level practical teaching platform,and establishing a school-enterprise teacher team,in order to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents suitable for regional printing industrial development.
