实践取向的师范生教育教学能力培育路径探究

摘　　要：教育教学能力培育是教师教育专业改革和发展的核心。传统教育教学能力培育大多培养出一种“虚拟能力”,难以适应真实岗位的需求,严重制约着师范专业人才培养的质量,进而影响到未来师范生的专业化发展。实践取向的教育教学能力更有价值,是与虚拟教育教学能力相对应的一种教书育人实践能力,它强调师范生在真实的教育场景(情境)中通过教育教学实践观察、体验、领悟习得,发生于特定的、真实的教育教学实践场域,能有效的应用于教育教学实践,是一种真实的教育教学能力。其培育的实践路径包括:在技能实训中创设真实的教育教学情境;在名师亲临中贴近真实的教育教学人物;在顶岗支教中体验真实的教育教学事件;在作品研读中积累真实的教育教学经验;在个体反思中生成真实的教育教学智慧。培育实践取向的教育教学能力,顺应当今教师教育改革“回归实践”的历史趋势,有利于更新传统的教师教育观念。The cultivation of the teaching ability is the core of the reform and development of educational specialty.The cultivation of traditional teaching ability mostly cultivates a kind of“virtual ability”,which is difficult to adapt to the needs of real positions,seriously restricts the quality of teacher training and affects the professional development of teacher students in the future.Practice-oriented teaching ability is more valuable.It is a kind of practical teaching ability corresponding to the virtual education and teaching ability.It emphasizes that learners experience the teaching practice in real education situations.Observation and realization of acquisition take place in a specific,real field of educational practice,which can be effectively used in practice.The practical cultivation of teachers'true teaching ability includes:creating real educational situations;being close to famous teachers;experiencing real educational events;accumulating teaching experience through reading;generating wisdom through individual reflection.The reform focus on“practice”,which is conducive to updating traditional concepts.
