摘　　要：目的:探讨社会支持对特岗教师离职倾向的影响机制。方法:采用社会支持量表、职业使命感量表、工作满意度量表和离职倾向量表对1325名特岗教师进行调查。结果:①社会支持可以负向预测特岗教师的离职倾向。②职业使命感是社会支持与特岗教师离职倾向间的中介变量。③工作满意度是社会支持与特岗教师离职倾向间的中介变量。④职业使命感和工作满意度在社会支持与特岗教师离职倾向之间起链式中介作用。结论:社会支持不仅直接影响特岗教师的离职倾向,还通过职业使命感和工作满意度影响特岗教师离职倾向。Objective:To explore how social support affected the turnover tendency of special-post teachers.Methods:1325 special-post teachers were recruited to complete social support scale,brief calling scale,job satisfaction scale and turnover intention scale.Results:①Social support negatively predicted special-post teachers’turnover intention.②Calling mediated the effect of social support on special-post teachers’turnover intention.③Job satisfaction mediated the effect of social support on special-post teachers’turnover intention.④Calling and job satisfaction played chain mediating effect between social support and special-post teachers’turnover intention.Conclusion:Social support not only directly affects special-post teachers’turnover intention,but also indirectly through the mediating effects of calling and job satisfaction.
