摘 要:为了研究高压脉冲电场(HPEF)处理后的普洱熟茶对SD大鼠体内抗氧化活性的影响,以云南临沧三级普洱熟茶为试验材料,选择12 kV、162 Hz、55 min作为HPEF预处理条件,对SD大鼠灌胃4周后和8周后,分别检测各组大鼠血清和肝、肾、心、脑中谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-Px)活力、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活力、抑制羟自由基能力以及丙二醛(MDA)含量指标。结果表明,灌胃经HPEF处理的普洱熟茶后,大鼠血清、肝、肾、心、脑中GSH-Px、CAT活力和抑制羟自由基能力均较空白组增加,MDA含量较空白组减少,且在一定剂量条件下差异达到显著水平(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01);在相同浓度下,HPEF组相对于普洱茶组GSH-Px活力、CAT活力和抑制羟自由基能力均得到增强,MDA含量降低,且在一定剂量条件下差异性达到显著水平(P<0.05)或极显著水平(P<0.01);在相同条件下,灌胃8周后较灌胃4周后,GSH-Px活力、CAT活力和抑制羟自由基能力均得到增强,MDA含量降低。In order to study the effects of treatment of Pu’er ripe tea by high voltage pulsed electric field(HPEF)on antioxidant activity in SD mice,the third grade Pu’er cooked tea in Lincang City,Yunnan Province was taken as experimental material,and 12 kV,162 Hz and 55 min were selected as HPEF pretreatment condition,After SD mice were given intragastric administration for 4 weeks and 8 weeks,Glutathione peroxidase(GSH-Px),catalase(CAT),ability to inhibit hydroxyl radicals and malondialdehyde(MDA)in serum,liver,kidney,heart and brain of each group were detected.The results showed that after the HPEF of Pu’er tea,GSH-Px,CAT and inhibition of hydroxyl radicals in serum,liver,kidney,heart and brain were higher than those in the blank group.MDA content decreased compared with the blank group,The difference reached a significant level(P<0.05)or a very significant level(P<0.01).Under the same concentration,The GSH-Px,CAT and inhibition of hydroxyl radicals in HPEF group were enhanced compared with those in Pu’er tea group,and MDA content decreased.The difference reached a significant level(P<0.05)or a very significant level(P<0.01).Under the same conditions,GSH-Px,CAT and inhibition of hydroxyl radicals after eight weeks of gavage were enhanced,and MDA content decreased,compared with four weeks of gavage.
