“以学生为中心”的综合实践课程分层教学研究

摘　　要：在全国深入开展工程教育专业认证和积极推进新工科建设的背景下,随着信息化时代的到来,为了全面培养学生的专业技能、工程意识、自主学习能力及沟通交流等综合素质,建立“以学生为中心”的人才培养模式成为各级各类学校教育改革研究的重点。在“网络技术综合实习”课程教学过程中从课程目标的确立、课程内容的组织、课程教学方式的设计及考核方式的制定4个方面阐述了“以学生为中心”分层教学的设计与实践。学习效果证明“以学生为中心”的分层教学模式提高了学生学习的主动性和积极性,激发了学生的潜能和创新能力,培养了学生的自主学习和团队合作能力。In the context of the in-depth development of engineering education accreditation and the active promotion of the construction of emerging engineering education,with the advent of the information age,to comprehensively cultivate students’professional skills,engineering awareness,independent learning ability and communication quality,the establishment of the student-centered talent training model has become the focus of research on education reforms at all levels and types of schools.In the teaching process of the"Network Technology Comprehensive Practice"course,the design and practice of"student-centered"hierarchical teaching are explained from four aspects:the establishment of course objectives,the organization of course content,the design of course teaching methods and the formulation of assessment methods.The learning effect proves that the"student-centered"hierarchical teaching model improves students'initiative and enthusiasm in learning,stimulates students'potential and innovation ability,and cultivates students'independent learning and teamwork ability.
